Resting in the Stillness of Divine Communion
I know there is One Divine Creative Intelligence, all knowing and everywhere present. This Presence is the source of all that was, is, and ever will be. It creates all things out of Itself with intention, receptivity, and ease. I know that, being made in Its likeness, these same creative attributes express in me, as me, and through me at all times.
In Oneness with God, I know Spirit inhabits my quiet times of prayer, reflection, and meditation. In these sacred moments, my material mind quiets, allowing the peace and wisdom of the Divine to resonate through and permeate my whole being. Resting in the calming quiet of communion with the God within, there is no struggle to control my thoughts, but rather a sweet surrender and release.
With each day, my communion strengthens and expands. My focus is steady and effortless because it arises from Spirit itself. I dwell easily in the silence beyond thought, resting in the living stillness from which all wisdom flows. I release any belief that meditation must be performed perfectly. I understand that spiritual practice is not a test, but a loving unfolding of awareness. Each moment I return my attention to the Presence within is itself an act of awakening. I meet myself with patience, kindness, and compassion, knowing that Spirit is never absent, even when my mind is active.
Grateful for this realization, I accept it fully as the truth of my being. I release these words into the Law, knowing they are already active and fulfilled in consciousness.
And so it is.
