Present Moment Awareness
Letting go of all the busyness and activity of the day, I come fully present in this moment. I pause. I take a few gentle breaths and allow myself to be here, now. Here, in this breath, in this moment, I recognize that Presence is the very life breathing through me. It is my living Reality. It is the awareness that sees, the consciousness that knows, and the Life that understands my experience in this moment. All That Is is fully present here. The fullness of Being is available now. I know that nothing needs to be added to this moment, for it is already whole.
Today, my attention naturally returns to what is here and alive within me. I accept a deeper trust in the unfolding of life. I allow myself to meet each moment fully and completely. I now realize and fully accept that this moment is all I ever need. As I relax into its richness, it becomes all that I desire. Here I know a quiet joy, a natural ease, and a deep sense of connection with Life itself.
I rest in the simple truth of being. I recognize the sacredness of this breath, this awareness, this experience of aliveness. I rest my awareness in the gift of this moment and the infinite possibilities it contains.
I am so thankful for present moment awareness.
I speak these words into Being, knowing they have always been true. And so it is.

Insight & Practice Option
Notice how presence itself becomes a gift. Several times throughout the day, pause and take three conscious breaths. Allow your attention to settle into the experience of being here. Notice the breath, the sensations in your body, and the simple fact that you are alive in this moment.
One Thing at a Time Choose one ordinary activity, drinking tea, washing dishes, walking to your car, or being with your kids, and give it your complete attention. Let the activity be enough. Experience it fully.
