The Purpose and Power of Forgiveness
“When a difficult situation resurfaces old pain, nothing has gone wrong; something is asking to be corrected.”
Rev. Tony Crapolicchio
A Consciousness of Abundance begins with the realization that God is not limited, withheld, distant, or any available by appointment. Divine Source expresses continuously as life, love, vitality, creativity, opportunity, kindness, wisdom, harmony, joy, and expansion. To live with A Consciousness of Abundance is to anchor awareness in the ever-present flow of Divine Good moving through all things. It is far greater than simply focusing on money alone. A prosperity consciousness certainly includes openness to financial increase and circulation, yet a Consciousness of Abundance embraces the total fullness of Spirit expressing and experiencing Itself within all of life. Dr. Holmes wrote, “We live in a limitless Universe.” Within that limitless Universe exists an endless availability of love, compassion, health, peace, inspiration, success, and spiritual fulfillment. Esther Hicks said, “When you focus on the good, the good gets better.” A Consciousness of Abundance therefore becomes a daily practice of aligning thought, feeling, and expectation with the living presence of the good of God that is fully present and in a constant state of expansion and evolution.
Maintaining this consciousness requires focused intention because the human mind can become conditioned by the false appearances of fear, limitation, comparison, and distraction. A Consciousness of Abundance is cultivated through spiritual practice that repeatedly reconnects awareness to the truth of Infinite Source. Daily affirmative prayer, meditation, gratitude, contemplation, spiritual reading, journaling, and moments of quiet reflection help stabilize consciousness in the awareness of Divine Plenty. Dr. Holmes taught, “What we think, we become.” The consciousness we consistently entertain becomes the atmosphere through which we experience life. Lisa Nichols once said, “Your future is calling you. It’s time to stop living as if your purpose is optional.” Spiritual practice strengthens the inner awareness that life is always moving toward greater expression and even grander possibility. Through consistent practice, abundance transforms from feeling like a temporary emotional state and becomes a second nature awareness of the abundance of God we are here to express and embody.
An authentic Consciousness of Abundance also transforms how individuals interact with the whole of life. When awareness is rooted in being and individualized expression of the good of God, there is a natural increase in generosity, compassion, confidence, creativity, joy, and expectancy. Individuals begin to recognize opportunities where others see obstacles, connection where others perceive separation, and possibility where others anticipate limitation. Financial prosperity often expands as a natural extension of this consciousness because individuals become more receptive to inspired ideas and courageous action. Wayne Dyer wrote, “When you dance, your purpose is not to get to a certain place on the floor. It’s to enjoy each step along the way.” The more an individual consciousness attunes itself to the living flow of God, the more life reflects that inner agreement allowing the external to move to a new rhythm of boundless good in all It’s forms. A Consciousness of Abundance ultimately is a way of living that recognizes the Presence of Divine Good everywhere, within everyone, and continuously expressing through every sacred moment of existence. So, turn up the volume and dance to the rhythm of Divine Good.
