I know the one perfect presence of God as radiant, creative, and alive., expressing Itself as joy, freedom, and expansive good. The presence of God delights in Its own expression and knows life as a joyful celebration of It’s being.
I am inseparable from the joy of God, because God’s joyful essence thrives as my own capacity to feel, perceive, and participate in life. I am unified with the gladness of Spirit.
I affirm that the joy of God flows through me in every season and circumstance. My heart is open to delight in simple moments and meaningful experiences alike. I express joy through creativity, laughter, appreciation, and presence. I allow joy to inform how I move, speak, and engage with the world.
I give thanks for the lightness of being that reminds me life is meant to be enjoyed. Gratitude magnifies my awareness of joy already at work in and through me.
I release this prayer into the creative law of life. And so it is!

Today, notice one moment that brings even a subtle sense of pleasure or lightness, a smile, a color, a sound, a memory. Pause briefly and let yourself feel it without explanation or commentary. Allow that feeling to expand for a breath or two. This simple attention trains awareness to recognize joy as a living presence rather than a passing event.
