I Am the Vibrant Health God

The One infinite life of God fills all creation with energy, clarity, vitality, and harmony.  It is pure wholeness, pure intelligence, pure health expressing as the very fabric of existence. Presence is forever unfolding Itself as balance, renewal, and radiant well-being at all times within all that is. 

I recognize that this life force of the Divine is the very Life that lives as me. I know I am one with the essence of Spirit that animates all that is, and this sacred Life is the essence of my body, my mind, and my energy. Every cell of my being is a point of boundless wellbeing in which God as divine health and vitality individualizes as me. I live, move, and have my being centered in this powerful current of wholeness, and this powerful current of wholeness lives, moves, and has Its being in me. 

As I align with this truth, I accept that vibrant health is the natural activity of my spiritual identity. I claim that divine intelligence guides every cell, organ, and system into its perfect pattern of function and form. Strength, flexibility, clarity, and ease are the ways this Infinite With every breath my body is replenished, renewed, and restored from an inexhaustible spiritual Source that forever flows as my being. 

I celebrate the truth that vibrant health is already mine by divine inheritance, always available, and always expressing. I rejoice in the gift of being the living temple of Infinite Life. Thank you God, Thank you God, Thank you God for my vibrant health and vitality. 

I release these words into the causative force of the Universe knowing they are so. And so it is.

Insight & Practice Option

Today, pause three times and place your hand gently over your heart. In each pause, close your eyes, breathe slowly, and silently say, “Infinite Life, I welcome You as my health, my energy, and my vitality.” After each pause, notice one way your body feels more supported, more at ease, or more alive, and give thanks for that subtle shift as a sign of Spirit in action.
