Oneness with All Life

I know that God is Oneness, the indivisible unity behind all creation. Spirit is the seamless whole in which every person, place, and thing is connected. Separation is an illusion; the reality is eternal unity. 

I know that I am one with this Oneness. I am not apart from creation but an inseparable expression of it. Spirit individualized as me connects me to every soul and every corner of the universe. 

I affirm unity in every area of my life. I see God in each person, each interaction, and each circumstance. Love and compassion flow easily when I remember all is One. 

I am grateful for the awareness of Oneness that fills my heart. Gratitude deepens my compassion, expands my joy, and reminds me of my eternal belonging. 

I release this prayer to the action of Divine Law, knowing Oneness is always the truth of existence. And so it is.
