I know the Divine perfect life expresses as the whole of the Universe, one continuous energetic current of vitality and wholeness. God is this Life, the single, constant Energy within every living thing.
This same vibrant Energy beats as my own pulse and breathes as my own breath, entirely mine, entirely Its own. I am one continuous expression of the vitality and wholeness of Spirit in perfect function and form.
The vibrant health of Source thrives as me, resonating as every cell and every function of my being. Knowing this truth, I affirm my is body strong and functioning in perfect harmony as the vibrant expression of God it is meant to be. The energy of Source renews every system in my body, constantly and fully. My body reflects the perfect pattern of health held within Divine Mind. I move through each day with strength and ease, centered in a consciousness that reflects in my journey as perfect health and wellbeing. Every atom of my spiritual, mental, and physical being knows its own perfection and expresses it naturally, with ease.
Thank you, God, thank you, God, thank you, God for my ever-present health and wellbeing.
