God is Life in its absolute fullness. Nothing is missing from the nature of Spirit. Wholeness belongs to Divine Reality, and the creative activity of God continually gives form to this inherent perfection.
I am not all of God, yet God is the All of me. This is my powerful truth. The Life at the center of my existence is Source Itself, and everything necessary for the full expression of my being originates there.
My realization of my oneness with Source is personal and physical for me. The Life of God is alive throughout my entire body. I feel its vitality in the simple pleasure of movement, the strength to participate in my day, the clarity to think, and the energy to engage fully with life. My body knows how to respond to the intelligent activity within it. Every cell participates in this living experience of wholeness, functioning together in ways that support my complete well-being. I value my body and treat it as something worthy of my love, attention, and respect. There is joy in feeling alive. There is power in knowing that my physical experience reflects this wondrous spiritual truth I accept for myself. I expect to feel good. I expect vitality to be evident. I expect my body to serve me beautifully as I continue discovering just how wonderful it feels to embody the fullness of God.
I am grateful for the Life that is mine to experience. I cherish my body and the extraordinary opportunity it provides me to touch, feel, laugh, move, create, connect, and fully participate in being alive. I give thanks for the wholeness of God made personal as me.
I give this word completely to the Creative Law, knowing the work is done. And so it is!
Rev. Tony Crapolicchio
Experience your body today rather than simply thinking about it. Notice the strength in your movement, the rhythm of your breath, or the physical sensation of doing something you enjoy. Give that experience your appreciation and consciously recognize it as evidence of the Life within you.
I embody the wholeness of God and joyfully experience the vitality of being fully alive.
