There is one creative power in the universe from which all creation springs forth. I call this power Spirit or God.
I know I am a part of this universe and that I am a creation of Spirit. My life is not separate from Spirit as I am always one with Spirit. Through this wholeness, I am connected to the whole of life.
My belief in Spirit grows and expands every day. My belief and understanding of Spirit as my loving life force is forever growing and evolving. There is nothing in my consciousness that is bigger or stronger than this belief. My belief in Spirit is so strong that there is no room in my consciousness for doubt. I know that my word is received in the mind of God and the creative process is begun. I affirm as I take action on my word; manifestation follows, as I have believed.
For this knowing I give thanks.
And so it is!

Choose one simple intention for the day and write it as a clear affirmative statement, present tense, calm, and certain. After writing it, take one deliberate physical action that matches the belief that this intention is already in motion. Do not overthink the result, simply notice how confidence increases when belief and action move together. At the end of the day, acknowledge any movement, insight, or alignment as evidence that creative power responds to conscious belief.

My belief in Spirit is active, confident, and creative, and as I move in alignment with this belief, life responds with clarity, support, and form.
