Living with Unshakable Vitality

I know the Presence of God continually renews, restores, strengthens, and supports life in ways both visible and invisible. Divine Life expresses as vitality, balance, harmony, and wholeness throughout all creation.

I recognize my breath, my heartbeat, and every function of my body is a reflection of this truth. The wisdom that sustains creation is actively expressing itself as my health, energy, and well-being. I trust the Life within my life.

Centered in this truth, I am receptive to vitality. I welcome choices that support my highest good and release the habit of overlooking the strength already present within me. Energy flows more freely within the whole of my being as I cooperate with the natural movement of Life.

I am grateful for my body and all it does each day.

Trusting Divine Life to continue its perfect activity, I release this prayer into Spiritual Law, knowing health and vitality are already unfolding now. And so it is.
