Healing and Wholeness 

I know that God is Perfect Life, Wholeness, and Vitality. Spirit expresses itself as health, strength, and renewal in every living thing. Wholeness is the natural state of all creation, and nothing can diminish the perfection of Divine Life. 

I know that I am one with this Perfect Life. Every cell of my body, every thought in my mind, and every beat of my heart is infused with the vitality of Spirit. The energy of God flows through me endlessly, restoring balance and harmony. 

I affirm that healing is present now. I release the idea of limitation and embrace the truth that wholeness is my reality. My body is strong, my mind is clear, and my spirit shines with radiant vitality. Healing takes place in every moment. 

I am grateful for the health and wholeness that are eternally mine. Gratitude deepens my awareness that I am already whole and complete. Every breath becomes a thank-you for the life that animates me. 

I release this prayer into the Law of Mind, knowing wholeness is established right now. With trust and peace, I let it be. And so it is.
