I Am the Health of God
There is nothing but God. There is One Life that lights up every cell of my body with Love and Light. It is this Life that energizes, renews, and activates me. Every cell is giving and receiving in absolute perfection—every organ, every particle, and every tissue. All parts of my physical form are revealed as Truth in expression.
I am guided by Spirit to know the Truth, and the Truth sets me free. I am surrounded by perfectly loving people who genuinely care about me, for I am one with them. They are alert and aware and act upon their guidance for my benefit and highest good. All is God. All is Good. All is well. I live and love in the ways of health forevermore.
My heart overflows with love, joy, peace, gratitude, and power! My word is the law unto that which has been spoken. It is done and complete in the Mind of the Universe now. And so it is.
Insight & Practice Option
Today place your attention gently within your body, not to analyze or correct anything, but simply to witness Life in action. Silently acknowledge that every cell already knows how to give and receive perfectly, and let gratitude arise naturally for this intelligent cooperation. Carry this awareness into your interactions, recognizing that the same Life animating your body is present in every person you encounter.
