I Am the Spirits Perfect Health

I recognize Spirit as being at one with all creation. I know Spirit is the first cause of all experience.

I know that I am an individualized expression of the mind of God, and I know this to be true for all existence.

I affirm Spirit knows nothing of illness and suffering. These conditions arise from humanity’s misuse of Divine law. Spirit knows only perfect health, so if I’m cut, it heals. If I’m ill, Spirit restores me to its only knowing, perfect health. I know that infinite Intelligence is always operating for the good of its creation, through my spirit, mind, and body.

It is in this consciousness of wellness that I live, and I am forever grateful.

And so it is.
