I recognize that there is One Perfect Source, the Infinite Presence of God, expressing Itself as life, harmony, and wholeness.
This Divine Intelligence is the very essence of my being, flowing through every cell, every organ, and every function of my body. Because God is perfect, and God is the source of all that I am, I know that perfect health is my natural and rightful state right now.
There is no separation between me and this healing Presence. I release every false belief of limitation, discord, or imbalance, and I accept the truth of my spiritual perfection. As Ernest Holmes reminds me, “The body is a mirror of the mind, and the mind is an instrument through which Spirit expresses.” Therefore, I align my thought with wholeness, vitality, and radiant well-being, knowing that what I affirm in consciousness is made manifest in form. I rest in the knowing that Divine Life restores, renews, and sustains me now. Every breath I take is filled with the vitality of Spirit. Every moment is infused with harmony and balance.
I give thanks for this perfect health, already established, already active, and already complete.
And so it is.
