I Live in the Ease of Perfect Health

I recognize the power of God as perfect Life, perfect Intelligence, and perfect Order, forever expressing harmony as Its natural state. The one power of God knows wholeness without interruption, and Its knowing is the law of right function. In this Divine Reality is the inherent pattern of Being.

I know the energetic essence of Source is what I am, right where I am, living as my breath, my awareness, and the animating life within my body.

I affirm Divine Perfect Health as the truth of my whole being. Every system in my body cooperates with the calm precision of Spirit and is guided by an inner wisdom that that only knows It’s perfection. Vitality rises naturally within me, as vibrant wholeness, strengthening what is strong, and harmonizing with the divine life of God within me. I accept wholeness as my natural state of being, and I allow my body to express the perfection it is designed to manifest.

I give thanks that Divine well being is present, active, and dependable in my body.

I release this word into the Creative Law of the Universe, and I know it is so. And so it is.

Insight & Practice Option

Choose one ordinary activity today, drinking water, washing your hands, walking to another room, and do it slowly for one minute. While you do it, silently acknowledge three functions your body is performing without being asked, such as breathing, balance, circulation, digestion, temperature regulation. Let that awareness become your prayer in motion, a simple recognition that Life is already doing what it does best, and it is doing it as you.
