Joy Looks Good on Me

“Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognize how good things really are.” Marianne Williamson

I know God is Joy. There is a natural lightness within Spirit, an endless capacity for delight, creativity, pleasure, and enjoyment. Life celebrates Itself through expression, and joy belongs within the very nature of Divine Reality.

I know this Joy is inherent in me because I am one with God. The desire to laugh, play, enjoy myself, and feel good originates within the Life that created me. I claim Joy as an essential part of who I am and freely allow it expression.

I affirm that Joy is a powerful vibration and energy I offer to life. It is present in the way I enter a room, greet another person, approach my work, enjoy my relationships, and participate in the experiences that fill my day. I consciously bring an energy that is uplifting, enthusiastic, playful, and alive. I enjoy being here. I enjoy every aspect of my journey, and that enjoyment influences what I create and how I experience the world around me. Laughter comes easily, and I welcome opportunities to have fun. Music moves me. Great conversation energizes me. Time spent with people I enjoy enriches my experience. I notice the moments that make me smile and allow myself to fully experience them. I know the vibration I offer matters, and I choose Joy as the energy I bring to my journey. My Joy is contagious. It contributes something valuable wherever I go and invites even more joyful experiences into my life. I claim the freedom to enjoy myself completely. Joy looks good on me, and I wear it well.

I am grateful for the pleasure of being alive and for my ability to experience life with genuine enjoyment. I give thanks for every opportunity to express the Joy that is already mine.

I place this joyful knowing into Creative Law with complete confidence in its expression. And so it is!

Pay attention to the energy you bring into your interactions today. Before entering a room, answering a call, beginning a task, or meeting someone, consciously bring a little more Joy with you. Notice how deliberately offering that vibration changes the experience for you and potentially for the people around you.
