Joyful Awareness

I know that God is boundless Joy, the pure delight of existence experiencing Itself. Spirit dances through galaxies and sings through every heartbeat. Joy is the signature of God’s presence and the language of the soul.

I know that I am one with this Joy. Deep within me flows an eternal wellspring of happiness untouched by circumstance. Joy rises naturally when I remember that I live in the infinite embrace of Love.

I affirm that I walk through this day in awareness of Joy. I laugh easily, forgive quickly, and celebrate freely. My spirit radiates lighthearted confidence and infectious enthusiasm.

I am grateful for the countless reasons to smile. Gratitude transforms even simple moments into sacred celebrations.

I release this word into the divine current of Life, knowing Joy multiplies wherever it is recognized. My laughter becomes prayer, my gratitude becomes song, and my life becomes praise. And so it is.
