There is but one Divine Presence that lives within all people and all creation. This Presence is love itself, whole, compassionate, and eternally renewing. It is the life that binds all beings together and the wisdom that continually restores harmony and peace.
I know that I am an expression of this loving Presence. The same compassion that lives at the heart of the Universe lives within me now. Because I am one with this divine love, I have the ability to release the past and return to peace.
Knowing this, I choose forgiveness. I allow the healing presence of love to dissolve any resentment, hurt, or judgement I may be holding toward others, and restore harmony in my heart. At the same time, I extend this same compassion to myself. I forgive myself for past mistakes, misunderstandings, and moments when I did not yet know better. I accept that I am always growing, always learning, and always capable of beginning again.
I am deeply grateful for the freedom that forgiveness brings. My heart is lighter, my spirit is clearer, and I rest in the peace that comes from letting love lead the way.
With trust and appreciation, I release these words into the creative Law of the Universe, knowing that healing and harmony are already present and unfolding to greater degrees in every moment of my journey.

Forgiveness is the doorway back to your natural state of peace. It does not change the past, but it transforms your relationship to it, allowing your heart to return to its true nature of love and wholeness. Today, gently bring to mind a person, situation, or even a part of yourself that is ready to be released into compassion. Without force, allow yourself to soften, to breathe, and to let love lead where judgment once stood. As you do, you may feel a quiet freedom emerging, a lightness that reminds you that healing is always available within you.
