The Vibrant Health of Source Thrives AS Me

God is Love in living expression. Love is the Energy of Source giving of Itself freely, generously, and joyfully throughout all Life. Wherever God is, Love is present as an active and creative reality.
I am one with Divine Love. The love of God resonates as the deepest truth of my being and finds unique expression as me. My heart is an open channel through which the loving nature of Source enters the experience of Life.
I am the vibration of Love. I feel it within me, and I deliberately give it somewhere to flow and create. Love enters my voice and transforms the way my words land. It shows up in the attention I give another person and in the genuine pleasure I take in their presence. I allow Love to be visible in my enthusiasm and my willingness to be fully engaged with the people and experiences before me. I give Love because expressing it feels wonderful. I receive Love with the same openness. Love is not something I reserve for select individuals or moments. Love is the Divine Resonance I bring to all of my journey. This is how I participate in the loving nature of God. I embody Love. I experience Love. I joyfully give the vibration of Love to Life.
Thank you, God! Thank you, God! Thank you, God, for my ability to experience the full nature of Love!
I know Love is fully present in all things. And so it is!
Insight & Practuce Option
Give Love somewhere specific to go today. Put your phone down when someone is talking to you, offer the hug you might normally rush past, say the appreciative thought you usually leave unspoken, or simply let someone feel how happy you are to see them. Then allow yourself to receive with equal openness. Notice what happens within you when Love is permitted to travel both ways.
