The Energy of Creation Lives as Me 

There is only one energy in all of existence. Everything is contained in it and it is present in everything. This energy is the Source of all of creation. It is filled with all of the goodness of the Universe and spreads its goodness in, as, and through all of creation. 

I am one with this energetic presence. I am a child of creation, forever one with all that is and effortlessly expressing Source energy throughout every part of my experience. 

I recognize the divinity in all of creation. I feel the connectedness of all that is flowing in every cell of my body. I bring my awareness to the truth that the same magnificent energy that created and flows through the planets, the stars, the sunsets, the mountains, the trees and the oceans also created and flows through me. I am one with all of creation because I the energy of creation. As I observe my environment, I allow myself to feel the core of my being connected to the core of everything I experience. 

I am so grateful for this connection. I am grateful for the every growing awareness of the divinity within all things and my connection to it. I give thanks for this connection recognizing that Source is ever present in every part of my experience. 

I release these words into the Universe, knowing  all is well, all is whole, and all is God.
