God is the Infinite Intelligence expressing perfect wholeness throughout Life. Divine Mind knows only the completeness of Its own nature, and this perfect idea of Life is forever established within the whole of the Universe. The wisdom that knows wholeness is always present, fully and completely.
I am an individualization of this Divine Intelligence. The energy of God that expresses as me is the same Infinite Source that expresses Its health and well-being within all of creation. I accept my spiritual identity as an expression of God, and I recognize the Divine idea of health as inherent within my being.
I consciously create and live from the Truth of Divine Health. I know there is an original idea of wholeness within Divine Mind, and that idea is consistently expanding through my consciousness and experience. The whole of my energetic being resonates in perfect Oneness with the vitality, balance, renewal, strength, and the vibrant well-being of the whole of the Universe. I affirm my body is an expression of Divine Intelligence, and I honor its wisdom with conscious thought and loving care. I establish health as a defining quality of my consciousness and make a clear decision to live from this Truth. I am health-minded. I am attentive to the signals of my body and responsive to what supports my well-being. Every moment provides me with an opportunity to participate consciously in the vitality of Life expressing as me. I claim my Divine inheritance of wholeness and allow the idea of perfect health to resonate fully in my consciousness.
Thank you, God, for the Divine idea of wholeness established as me.

Take a moment to become aware of one expression of vitality moving through your experience. Notice your breathing, your movement, your senses, your ability to think, or any other function of your body that supports your life. Give that experience your appreciation and consciously recognize it as an expression of the Life within you.
