“We cannot always control our thoughts, but we can control our words, and repetition impresses the subconscious, and we are then master of the situation.” Florence Scovel Shinn,

The Rhythm of Wholeness

“Life is not about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.” George Bernard Shaw

Listen to Today’s Affirmative Knowing

“You cannot consistently feed your consciousness thoughts of Oneness without eventually living from a Consciousness of Oneness.”

There is a perfect coherence within God. Infinite Intelligence coordinates the movement of Life with wisdom, proportion, and beautiful order. Wholeness is the nature of Source, and Balance is the rhythm through which Its many expressions belong together.

This sacred order includes me. I am made from the completeness of God, carrying within myself an innate capacity for harmony. Wholeness belongs to my spiritual identity, and I bring that quality into the way I arrange, experience, and enjoy my life.

My life expresses in harmony. I establish a rhythm that honors what matters to me and gives each part of my journey its rightful place. My spiritual life enriches my work. My relationships receive my presence. My finances reflect thoughtful stewardship. Rest and recreation restore me. My time serves my priorities, and my energy is available for the experiences I value. I move among these areas with ease, giving myself fully to what is before me rather than mentally living somewhere else. There is room in my life for accomplishment and enjoyment, contribution and renewal, purpose and pleasure. I create days that feel spacious, ordered, productive, and satisfying. God is the rhythm by which I live.

With genuine appreciation, I celebrate the harmony taking shape throughout my journey and the Divine completeness expressing as my life.

Everything belongs. Everything has its place. I live the rhythm of Wholeness. And so it is!

Insight & Practuce Option

Look at the different areas of your life as parts of one whole rather than separate demands competing for your attention. Notice one area receiving more energy than it needs and another that would benefit from more of your presence. Make one practical adjustment that brings them into greater proportion. Let balance become something you actively arrange rather than something you hope to eventually find.
